Dominica’s successful development, Secret Bay, is the island’s gem.
The Residences at Secret Bay released its 2022 annual report and it was a tremendous year, they also celebrated the resort’s ten-year anniversary. They surpassed US $1,000,000 ROI payout to shareholders, and they demonstrated year-over-year increases in investor growth, villa development, and resort occupancies. During the years 2019 to 2022, The Residences at Secret Bay reported exceeding expectations related to CBI investor growth, return on investment payout, total sales, ADR, occupancy rate, and resort employee growth, which brought their success to a whole new level. With Secret Bay constantly staying on top of its development relating to sales, on-schedule villas, amenities, etc, they are ready to take on more and continue with its streak.
2022 was a special year for Secret Bay, in November its annual partner and shareholder summit in Dubai was held. This is where Secret Bay fortified its position as a global leader in Citizenship by Investment (CBI) project by presenting the results of its investor survey. The survey demonstrated that over 90% of Secret Bay’s CBI Investors have an interest in owning shares and recommend the program to others. Secret Bays team and their commitment to transparency, accountability, and efficiency, were given praise from Dominica’s Prime Minister, Honourable Dr Roosevelt Skerrit.
Going forward into 2023, the development will continue its success by focusing on the construction of 15 villas. Clifftop Multi-Villa Estates which was recently revealed is now accepting reservations. To top it all off, The Residences will also be launching Phase 4 sales that will include ten Mapou Waterfront Villas.
