Citizens International founder and entrepreneur Brian Dobbin creates the Newfoundland Provincial Nominee Program with the Newfoundland government to raise citizenship investment for the Canadian province’s industries, namely aquaculture and tourism development. By 2004 c.1000 jobs have been created from the program’s investment in Newfoundland and 300 immigrant investors were given the opportunity to achieve Canadian Permanent Residency.
After investing in several developments in St. Kitts & Nevis, we discovered the island’s citizenship investment program averaging c.20 new citizens per year since its creation in 1985, making it the world’s first such program. By introducing citizenship investment legal expertise from Canada to the St. Kitts Immigration Minister, the seeds for the rise of the St. Kitts & Nevis CIP are sown.

With key partners and investment in Antigua & Barbuda, Citizens International provides briefings to the Antigua Prime Minister and Cabinet on the history and advantages of the CIP, and works with the government to lobby and educate the parliamentarians and the country on the potential program.
We partner with the Marriott Residences to re-package their apartments and promote them in Asia and other countries. The units sell out within 18 months and have been at over 90% occupancy ever since. We actively search for and create the best real estate investment opportunities to offer exclusively to our client family. We focus on newly built, top waterfront locations at the highest end of the property market operated by experienced international teams.

Located at Falmouth Harbour Marina on the island’s south coast, home of luxury yachting and exceptional European restaurants. The office is a mix of professionals whom move between Antigua and the rest of the world, supported by an administrative staff.

Citizens International becomes one of the first Authorised Representatives with an in-house Licensed Agent for the Antigua program. The team continues to grow its international networks of professional legal, tax, and wealth management firms whom act as introducers for the company’s services.

INVESTMENT FUND
We create The Preserve Fund (Operose Capital ATG Investors Ltd) with the Antigua government and Saudi-based Operose Capital. It is the first fund in the Caribbean specifically for property development allowing shareholders to apply for citizenship.
In Antigua and the Cayman Islands we are now assisting clients with company incorporations, banking and lifestyle services such as sourcing luxury second homes to augment their foothold in the Caribbean.
We now offer citizenship by investment service in Antigua & Barbuda, St Kitts & Nevis, Grenada, Dominica and St. Lucia.
With more and more clients worldwide assessing alternative residency, CI now offers residency by investment in Antigua& Barbuda, The Bahamas and The Cayman Islands. We also have a full-time presence in London, U.K. for our growing European clientele.
We are now working with development partners in Turkey and Portugal to bring you beautiful property investment opportunities that will also qualify for residency and/or citizenship.
